Investment Objective
The investment objective of the Scheme is to seek to provide returns that are in line with returns provided by HSBC Gold ETF. There is no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.
Why HSBC Gold ETF Fund of Fund?
- The Fund of Fund scheme will be following passive investment strategy
- To achieve the investment objective, the Fund of Fund scheme will be predominately investing in units of HSBC Gold ETF
- As per the Asset Allocation of the scheme it shall invest minimum 95 per cent in units of HSBC Gold ETF and may hold up to 5 per cent of their total assets in debt or money market securities / Funds
- The Scheme will remain invested in the underlying scheme regardless of the prevailing gold price or future outlook for this asset class
- The tracking error will be monitored actively to keep it minimum to the possible extent
- Though every endeavor will be made to achieve the objective of the Scheme, the AMC/Sponsors/Trustee does not guarantee that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved. No guaranteed returns are being offered under the Scheme
