Park Medi World Limited has completed the acquisition of Febris Multi-speciality Hospital in Narela, New Delhi, through its wholly owned subsidiary Blue Heavens Healthcare Private Limited. The transaction, valued at ₹50.68 crore, was concluded on December 23, 2025, following approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi, under the corporate insolvency resolution process.
Transaction Structure and Details
The acquisition involved the purchase of 100% equity shareholding in Durha Vitrak Private Limited, the entity that owns and operates the Febris hospital. The deal was executed as a cash transaction in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
Hospital Infrastructure and Location
Febris Multi-speciality Hospital is a 200-bed healthcare facility built over 1,10,000 square feet of covered area. Located in Narela, a densely populated region of North Delhi, the hospital is strategically positioned to serve patients from Delhi as well as adjoining districts of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, particularly rural and semi-urban areas.
The target entity, Durha Vitrak Private Limited, was incorporated in August 1986. It had remained non-operational since 2019 due to insolvency proceedings and did not generate revenue in the last three financial years.
Strategic Rationale
The acquisition aligns with Park Group’s cluster-based expansion strategy and its focus on improving access to affordable healthcare in underserved regions. The Narela facility is expected to cater largely to low- and middle-income households, helping bridge gaps in secondary and tertiary care availability.
As part of its broader growth plan, Park Group aims to expand its total bed capacity from 3,250 beds currently to 5,260 beds by March 2028, adding around 1,810 beds through acquisitions and greenfield expansions.
Park Group Overview
Park Group is currently North India’s second-largest hospital chain, operating 14 hospitals across 14 cities including Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Panipat, Karnal, Sonipat, Ambala, Mohali, Patiala, Bathinda, Behror and Jaipur. Its services span multiple super-specialities such as cardiology, oncology, neurology, orthopaedics, gastroenterology, nephrology, critical care, and women and child health.
Regulatory Disclosure
The acquisition has been disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company confirmed that the transaction does not constitute a related-party transaction, and neither the promoter nor promoter group has any interest in the acquired entity.
Summary
Park Medi World Limited has acquired the 200-bed Febris Multi-speciality Hospital in Narela, New Delhi, for ₹50.68 crore through the insolvency resolution process. The acquisition strengthens the group’s presence in North India, supports its plan to scale bed capacity to over 5,200 beds by FY28, and reinforces its focus on delivering affordable, multi-speciality healthcare in densely populated and underserved regions.
