Kolkata-based GPT Infraprojects Limited has secured a ₹195 crore international order from Terminal Industriel Polyvalent de San Pedro (TIPSP) in Ivory Coast, marking another milestone in its global expansion strategy. The project highlights GPT’s growing reputation as a competitive Indian player in international infrastructure and engineering contracts.

Project Scope and Timeline

The contract covers engineering, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a conveyor belt system under Phase 2 Development Works connecting SOCIM and TIPSP at San Pedro Port.
Scheduled for completion within 12 months, the project will bolster GPT’s expertise in large-scale industrial and logistics infrastructure.

GPT clarified that the order is fully international with no related-party involvement, underscoring its independent capability to execute complex overseas assignments.

Strategic Significance and Global Outlook

This latest win aligns with GPT’s long-term plan to strengthen its global footprint while maintaining leadership in infrastructure and precast concrete solutions. With a diversified presence across rail, industrial, and port infrastructure, GPT is well-positioned to capture sustained growth in both domestic and international markets.
