Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Fund (PPFAS AMC) is introducing an IDCW (Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal) option alongside its existing Growth option, effective October 31, 2025. Unit holders who do not wish to continue under the revised scheme can exit without exit load during a one-time window from October 1 to October 30, 2025.

IDCW Option & Exit Window Details

  • Effective Date: October 31, 2025
  • Plans: Direct and Regular
  • Options: Growth and IDCW (with Payout and Re-investment facilities)
  • Exit Window: October 1 – October 30, 2025
  • Redemption Processing: At applicable NAV, without exit load

Unit holders who do not opt out will automatically continue under the new structure. SIP holders must cancel separately if they wish to exit. Pledged or encumbered units must be released prior to redemption.

Fund Strategy and Features

  • Core Strategy: Remains unchanged – value-oriented bottom-up approach, asset allocation, and overseas investment cap.
  • Benchmark: Nifty 500 TRI
  • Other Terms: No changes except inclusion of IDCW option

Operational Details

  • Payouts: Surplus income distributed directly to investors’ registered bank accounts; for demat units, payouts follow depository-registered bank details.
  • Delay Compensation: If payouts are delayed beyond 7 working days (9 in exceptional cases), 15% p.a. interest will be paid.
  • Default Option: Non-responding investors will receive Payout under IDCW.
