ITCONS E-Solutions has won a significant domestic contract from Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a Defence Public Sector Undertaking under the Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, for the provision of skilled manpower services.

The contract, valued at ₹3,85,25,972.49, will be executed over a two-year period, starting from October 6, 2025, and concluding on October 5, 2027. Under the agreement, ITCONS E-Solutions will supply qualified personnel to support HAL’s operations across its various units, strengthening operational efficiency across the aerospace and defense PSU.

The company clarified that this transaction does not constitute a related-party deal, and neither its promoters nor promoter group have any stake or interest in HAL.

As of June 30, 2025, the Government of India holds a 71.64% stake in HAL.
