Valor Estate Limited has announced the listing of its demerged hospitality business, Advent Hotels International Limited, on the BSE and NSE from November 13, 2025. The listing follows the composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench.
