SEPC Limited has confirmed that its unincorporated joint venture, SEPC-Furlong JV, has secured a contract worth ₹86 crore for the development of the New Civil Enclave at Bihta Airport in Bihar. The update was disclosed through a regulatory filing under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements.
The Letter of Award designates SEPC-Furlong JV as the service provider for the project, marking a key addition to SEPC’s portfolio of aviation-related infrastructure assignments. The upcoming work forms part of the broader development activities at Bihta Airport.
SEPC stated that the project will proceed in accordance with the terms specified in the forthcoming Service Agreement, which will outline execution timelines and responsibilities. Further details regarding the operational scope will be provided once the agreement is finalised.
The contract adds to ongoing infrastructure development efforts aimed at enhancing airport facilities at Bihta, where expansion activities are underway.
