Strategic Investment by SBI Mutual Fund
The acquisition, executed on March 17, 2026, was carried out at prices of ₹109.85 and ₹109.83 per share. This investment marks a significant increase from the fund’s earlier holding of 1.89% in December 2025, reflecting a continued strategic interest in the home services platform.

- Wellington Management, through its investment vehicle, offloaded 1.58 crore shares (2.2% stake) at prices ranging between ₹109.86 and ₹109.93, realising ₹349.2 crore.
These exits indicate a shift in the shareholder composition of Urban Company, even as fresh institutional interest emerges.
