Puravankara Limited has expanded its project pipeline with a major construction mandate awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary, Starworth Infrastructure & Construction Limited (SICL). The contract marks a key milestone for the One Bangalore Luxury Project (OBLP), with Phase 1 of the Varnam development now moving into the execution stage.
Contract Details and Scope
SICL has received a Letter of Acceptance to execute turnkey construction for Varnam Phase 1. The scope includes civil works, internal and external finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) systems, and external development.
The project is valued at ₹509.52 crore and awarded by One Bangalore Luxury Projects LLP. SICL has clarified that neither promoters nor promoter-group entities have any interest in the awarding entity.
The contract will be executed over 36 months, with work taking place at Akalehahalli–Mallenhalli Village, Kasaba Hobli, Devanahalli Taluk, Bengaluru Rural District.
