Oyo Assets, the property acquisition arm of OYO’s parent company Prism, has raised ₹125 crore from a mix of institutional and private investors, with InCred leading the funding round. The capital infusion is aimed at accelerating hotel acquisitions and expanding the company’s footprint across India’s hospitality sector.
Purpose of the Investment
Oyo Assets, also known as Sunday PropTech, focuses on acquiring and managing premium and mid-premium hotels. The fresh funding will enable the company to grow in key leisure and business destinations and strengthen its asset management operations.
Investor Perspective
Saurabh Jhalaria, Chief Investment Officer at InCred, highlighted that Sunday PropTech demonstrates strong portfolio performance, stable cash flows, and clear profitability. He added that the investment will support acquisition of high-quality properties while ensuring disciplined financial management.

- Target: Acquire 12 hotels in FY26
- Current Status: 7 deals in advanced discussions
- Brands: Hotels will operate under Prism’s brand portfolio, including Sunday Hotels, Palette Hotels, Townhouse, and select US-based brands
Strategic Vision Under Prism
In September 2025, OYO’s parent company Oravel Stays rebranded as Prism, consolidating all its business verticals under a single corporate identity. Founder Ritesh Agarwal explained that the move creates a future-ready structure aligned with the company’s growing range of brands.
