View on market: Volatility persists, eagerly searching for growth:
Asian markets traded mostly lower, supported by a lower finish on Wall Street in the previous session. And investors remained cautious due to continued uncertainty over US-Iran negotiations and elevated crude oil prices. Japan closed for today and, while Australia traded slightly lower. US markets ended lower as investors remained focused on developments between the US and Iran and the situation around the Strait of Hormuz. The S&P 500 was largely unchanged, while the Nasdaq and Dow traded slightly lower. Investors are waiting for more clarity on geopolitical tensions and their possible impact on oil prices and global markets. Indian markets ended marginally higher in the previous session. The Nifty and Sensex gained slightly, supported mainly by Bajaj Finance and Titan. However, selling pressure in SBI and Reliance Industries limited the overall market gains. Overall, markets remained cautious as investors monitored global geopolitical developments and crude oil movements.
