According to the filing, the partnership is strictly focused on research and development of radar systems. Lloyds Engineering Works clarified that the agreement does not involve any shareholding, nor does it affect the company’s control structure. Recent International Engagements
This agreement follows Lloyds’ recent international contracts signed on November 20, 2025, with Kliver Polska Sp. z o.o. of Poland. The first contract, valued at $163,900, involves designing, prototyping, and delivering a towed reel for a multifunctional underwater platform. The second, worth €310,000, covers the design, prototyping, and delivery of an operational test tilt stand. These projects reflect Lloyds’ ongoing focus on specialized engineering equipment and global technical collaborations.

No Related-Party Involvement
The company has clarified that the Virtualabs agreement does not involve related-party transactions or nominee participation. There are no obligations tied to financial liabilities, operational restrictions, or equity issuance. The partnership remains confined to technical development work, underscoring Lloyds’ continued emphasis on innovation and international collaboration.
