In addition to the ‘24 Speed Post’ offering (D+1 delivery), the department will also strengthen its express portfolio with ‘48 Speed Post’ (D+2 delivery), providing customers with flexible time-bound delivery options.

Enhanced Features and Customer Benefits

The new service incorporates several advanced features aimed at improving reliability and user experience. These include OTP-based secure delivery, ensuring that shipments are handed over only after recipient authentication.

For enterprise users, additional सुविधाएँ such as Buy Now Pay Later, complimentary pickup for bulk shipments, API integration, and centralised billing have been introduced.

To reinforce service commitment, India Post is offering a money-back guarantee in cases where the assured delivery timeline is not met.
