HCL Technologies Limited has announced a strategic collaboration with NSE Academy Limited (NAL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, to introduce a suite of joint certification programs that combine technology and finance. The partnership is focused on developing industry-relevant learning pathways aligned with the growing convergence of digital technologies and financial services.

The initiative is designed to address the rising demand for skilled talent across sectors such as banking, insurance, capital markets and fintech, where technology-driven transformation continues to reshape business models and operating frameworks.

The joint certification programs will be rolled out across India and extended to the Middle East and South Asia (MESA) region. Structured to serve a diverse learner base, the offerings will be accessible to university students, professionals at the early stages of their careers, and experienced executives seeking to strengthen their capabilities in technology-enabled financial domains.

Curriculum Design and Learning Framework

The collaboration brings together NSE Academy’s expertise in finance, fintech and capital markets with HCLTech’s capabilities in enterprise technology and digital transformation. The curriculum is structured to deliver practical, industry-aligned learning that integrates core financial concepts with data analytics, artificial intelligence and advanced digital technologies.

Course delivery will be facilitated through HCLTech’s Career Shaper™ platform, providing participants with a structured learning journey that emphasizes hands-on exposure and real-world application of skills.
