Contract Structure
The EPC contract will be executed through multiple special purpose vehicles (SPVs). Dilip Buildcon will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of the project, including development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, and operations and maintenance of the solar PV power plants.
The project is governed by a competitive tariff-based power purchase agreement in line with guidelines issued by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), regulations of the Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (MPERC), and the Model PPA framework.
