The project, to be executed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited, involves an investment of up to ₹190 crore.

Funding Structure
The project will be financed through an equity infusion from Dhunseri Ventures into its subsidiary. Funds will be released in phases based on project progress and requirements.
Corporate Disclosure
The expansion proposal was approved during a board meeting held on October 29, 2025, which commenced at 11:40 A.M. and concluded at 12:45 P.M. The company disclosed the development in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Future Plans
The company has also indicated the possibility of a Phase II expansion involving BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) production at the same facility in the future.
