In a strategic move to expand its housing loan portfolio, Central Bank of India has entered into a co-lending partnership with Godrej Housing Finance Ltd., a subsidiary of the Godrej Industries Group. The collaboration aims to offer housing loans with competitive interest rates while improving customer experience across India.

Under the partnership, Godrej Housing Finance will be responsible for originating and processing loan proposals, as well as servicing the loans throughout their lifecycle. Central Bank of India will take on up to 80% of the housing loans on its books, thereby increasing its lending capacity and portfolio reach.
