Telangana Land Sale to Subsidiary
Brigade Enterprises Limited has executed a sale deed for an undivided proportionate share of land measuring 6,534 sq yards (1.35 acres) in Kokapet village, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana. The land, located in Neopolis Layout-II, was sold to Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited, a subsidiary of the company, for ₹110.14 crore.
The company noted that the transaction aligns with the objectives of Brigade Hotel Ventures’ IPO.
Acquisition of AMG Info Park
In a separate development, Brigade Enterprises acquired 100% equity stake in AMG Info Park Private Limited for ₹13.44 crore, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. AMG Info Park, incorporated in June 2010, is engaged in real estate development but has not reported turnover for FY23, FY24, or FY25, as it is still in the process of becoming operational.
The acquisition was completed in cash on September 26, 2025, and does not qualify as a related-party transaction. Brigade stated that the purchase aligns with its core real estate business.
Ongoing Residential Project in Bengaluru
This week, Brigade Enterprises also signed a joint development agreement to build a residential project in Banashankari, South Bengaluru, spread across 7.5 acres. The project carries a gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹1,200 crore and aims to deliver premium, thoughtfully designed residential spaces.
Located close to key infrastructure, educational institutions, and commercial hubs, the project is positioned to become a landmark residential address in South Bengaluru, reinforcing Brigade’s commitment to high-quality urban living.
