Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd (BCSSL), an AI-led enterprise and cybersecurity solutions provider, has been empaneled by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as an official partner for delivering 5G Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) services. The empanelment covers the Maharashtra and Goa telecom circles, marking an expansion of BCSSL’s operations in western India.
Through this arrangement, BCSSL is authorised to offer high-speed Internet Leased Line (ILL) connectivity using 5G FWA technology. The move strengthens the company’s presence in next-generation digital infrastructure and enables wider deployment of advanced connectivity solutions for enterprises and institutions.
Enterprise and Institutional Connectivity
Under the empanelment, BCSSL will deploy 5G FWA-based solutions to support secure, scalable and high-performance internet connectivity. By utilising BSNL’s telecom infrastructure, the company aims to address rising demand for reliable digital networks across corporate, institutional and organisational users.
Deployment of Digital and Cybersecurity Platforms
As part of the engagement, BCSSL will introduce several of its proprietary digital offerings. These include Access Genie for intelligent access management and secure authentication, BluHealth for digital healthcare services such as telemedicine and remote monitoring, and a Cyber Security SoHo EDR solution focused on endpoint protection for small offices and home offices.
Integration With Konkan Railway Corporation
The BSNL empanelment aligns with BCSSL’s existing collaboration with Konkan Railway Corporation Ltd (KRCL) under a memorandum of understanding. Using KRCL’s dark fiber network, BCSSL plans to deploy 5G FWA connectivity and digital services across railway stations in the initial phase.
The rollout will include IPTV services for live television and on-demand content, along with the Blure Bharat App, which will offer travel-related information, public services, entertainment and hyperlocal content.
Development of Smart Rail Hubs
The combined deployment is intended to transform KRCL railway stations into digitally enabled smart hubs. The framework will provide passengers with high-speed internet access, digital infotainment and integrated services, supported by secure network infrastructure for institutional and individual usage.
Revenue Outlook
The initiative is expected to create multiple revenue streams. In the first phase, the deployment of 5G FWA services, digital platforms and smart rail solutions is projected to generate minimum revenues of around ₹178 crore over a two-year period. Additional income opportunities may arise from infotainment services, digital healthcare solutions, hyperlocal content and other value-added offerings.
Summary
Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd has been empaneled by BSNL to deliver 5G Fixed Wireless Access services across Maharashtra and Goa. The partnership enables BCSSL to expand enterprise connectivity, deploy its digital and cybersecurity platforms, and integrate services with Konkan Railway Corporation to develop smart rail hubs, with projected revenues of at least ₹178 crore over two years from the initial phase.
