Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd, one of India’s leading non-bank wealth management firms, has announced an interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share for the financial year 2025–26. The dividend represents 120% of the face value of ₹5 per share and reaffirms the company’s focus on consistent shareholder rewards backed by strong financial performance.
Dividend Details and Record Date
In its exchange filing, the company stated:
“The Board declared the first interim dividend of ₹6.00 per equity share (120% of face value ₹5 each) for FY2025–26. The dividend payment shall be credited or dispatched within 30 days from the declaration date to shareholders on record as of October 17, 2025.”
This means October 16, 2025, was the last day to purchase shares to qualify for the interim dividend, as October 17 is the official record date. Under the T+1 settlement rule, investors who purchased shares on or after the record date will not be eligible for the payout.
Eligible shareholders can expect the dividend payment to be processed within the statutory 30-day period, in line with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
Steady Growth Despite Market Volatility
Despite a decline in Indian equity markets during the last quarter, Anand Rathi Wealth has continued to deliver robust, market-agnostic growth, showcasing the strength and scalability of its business model.
For Q2 FY26, the company reported a 31% year-on-year rise in Profit After Tax (PAT) to ₹100 crore, while revenue grew 23% YoY to ₹307 crore.
During the first half of FY26, PAT surged 29% YoY to ₹194 crore, with revenue increasing 19% YoY to ₹591 crore.
The firm noted that it has already achieved over 50% of its full-year revenue and PAT guidance within the first half of FY26, underscoring operational resilience and strong client retention across wealth management verticals.
What It Means for Shareholders
The interim dividend reinforces Anand Rathi Wealth’s commitment to rewarding investors while maintaining a prudent capital allocation strategy.
