A1 Limited announced on November 25, 2025, that it has secured a major order for 25,000 MT of Industrial Urea (Automobile Grade) valued at ₹127.50 crore before taxes. With the addition of 18% GST, the total contract value rises to ₹150.45 crore. The delivery structure is flexible, with dispatches scheduled according to client requirements across multiple locations.

Order Spread Across 11 Industrial Hubs

The sizeable order has been allocated across 11 units nationwide, each receiving between 2,000 MT and 2,500 MT.

Key allocations include:

  • Bengaluru & Chennai: 2,500 MT each, base value ₹12.75 crore
  • Raipur, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Gwalior, Patancheru, Kolkata & Kanpur: 2,250 MT each, base value ₹11.47 crore
  • Mumbai & Mangalore: 2,000 MT each, base value ₹10.20 crore

This broad distribution ensures consistent supply coverage across major industrial and automotive centres including Bengaluru, Chennai, Raipur, Coimbatore, Cuttack, Gwalior, Patancheru, Mumbai, Kolkata, Kanpur, and Mangalore.

According to the company, the contract reinforces A1 Limited’s position in the Industrial Urea and automotive chemical value chain, supporting its long-term strategy of scaling operations in high-demand segments. The deal falls under routine business activity and involves no promoter or related-party transactions. It also enhances revenue visibility across several manufacturing and distribution units.
