Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has completed the acquisition of Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited (GEPL), obtaining a 100% equity stake in the company. The acquisition was finalised on December 5, 2025, resulting in Greenedge Enterprises becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Zaggle. The development was disclosed to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on December 9, 2025.
Acquisition Details and Regulatory Filings
The transaction was undertaken in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Prior updates regarding the proposed acquisition were communicated on June 5, 2025, and September 29, 2025, through Intimation Nos. ZAGGLE/25-26/29 and ZAGGLE/25-26/74.

Post-Acquisition Corporate Structure
Following the acquisition, Greenedge Enterprises Private Limited now functions as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited. The addition of GEPL forms part of the company’s expanded corporate structure.
