Diamond Power Infrastructure Ltd has received a Letter of Intent (LoI) worth ₹747.64 crore from Adani Green Energy Ltd for supplying power and solar cables to renewable energy projects in Khavda, Gujarat, and Rajasthan. The amount is exclusive of GST.

The company clarified that none of its promoters, promoter group entities or group companies have any interest in Adani Green, and the transaction does not fall under related party dealings.
