Mother Nutri Foods, a Gujarat-based producer of flavoured peanut butter, will open its maiden Initial Public Offering (IPO) for subscription on November 26, 2025. The issue will remain open until November 28, preceded by the anchor book on November 25. The company expects to finalise allotment on December 1, with its shares scheduled to list on the BSE SME platform on December 3, 2025.
Issue Structure and Price Band
The company plans to raise ₹39.6 crore through a book-built IPO priced between ₹111 and ₹117 per share.
The offering consists of:
- Fresh issue: 27.07 lakh shares worth ₹31.67 crore
- Offer for Sale (OFS): 6.76 lakh shares by promoter Umeshbhai Kantilal Sheth, amounting to ₹7.92 crore
In total, 33.84 lakh equity shares will be offered to the public.
Use of Proceeds
Proceeds from the fresh issue will primarily fund the construction of a new manufacturing facility at Mahuva, located in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat. Around ₹23.2 crore has been earmarked for this expansion, while the remaining portion will go toward general corporate purposes, according to the company’s red herring prospectus.

Mother Nutri Foods specialises in B2B flavoured peanut butter, offering varieties such as chocolate, coconut, honey, cinnamon, pineapple, and strawberry. Chocolate-based spreads account for the majority of its sales.
For the six months ended September 2025, the company reported:
- Revenue: ₹50.2 crore
- Net profit: ₹5.3 crore
Full-year performance shows steady growth:
- FY25 profit: ₹6.5 crore (up from ₹4.8 crore in FY24)
- FY25 revenue: ₹90.2 crore (up from ₹80.9 crore in FY24)
