Newgen Software Technologies has secured a significant overseas deal via its wholly owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom, marking another step forward in the company’s global expansion strategy. The contract covers software licensing, AWS-managed cloud services, and end-to-end implementation support for an international client.
Contract Scope and Execution
As part of a Master Service Agreement, Newgen’s UK arm will deploy its contract management platform across the client’s organisation. The solution aims to digitise and streamline the creation, administration, and maintenance of policy-related documents, enhancing operational efficiency and governance standards.
The agreement is valued at £1,468,804 and will be delivered over a three-year period. While the client remains unnamed due to confidentiality requirements, Newgen confirmed that the engagement is entirely international and does not involve any related parties.
