Quarterly profit increased to ₹30,499 lakh, up from ₹24,831 lakh a year earlier.
For the half year ended September 30, 2025, consolidated profit was ₹66,127 lakh, against ₹47,686 lakh in H1 FY25.
Dividend Announcement
The company’s Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of 850%, equivalent to ₹17 per equity share of face value ₹2 each, for FY26.
The record date has been set as November 10, 2025, and the dividend will be paid within 30 days to eligible shareholders.
