Cyient Limited has announced an interim dividend of ₹16 per equity share for FY2025-26, reinforcing its commitment to shareholder value. The company has set October 24, 2025, as the record date to determine eligible shareholders, with the dividend payout scheduled by November 12, 2025.
In its regulatory filing, Cyient stated:
“The Board of Directors of the Company has declared an Interim Dividend of ₹16 per equity share (i.e., 320%) on a face value of ₹5 per share for the financial year 2025-26. The dividend will be paid by November 12, 2025.”
Management Commentary on Q2 FY26 Performance
Commenting on the company’s quarterly performance, Krishna Bodanapu, Executive Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Cyient, said the group has sustained growth momentum across key segments, even amid a challenging macroeconomic and geopolitical backdrop.
“Our sound cash position and profitability underscore our strength and readiness to deliver growth across our diversified portfolio of DET, DLM, and Semiconductors,” Bodanapu said.
He highlighted that Cyient Semiconductors delivered a strong rebound in Q2, registering 12% growth, driven by improved execution and customer traction. The company continues to invest in leadership, strategic partnerships, and talent, positioning itself for stronger performance in the upcoming quarters.
“As we continue to strengthen partnerships and build a high-caliber team, I am confident that Cyient Semiconductors will not only deliver strong results in the coming quarters but also shape the future growth of Cyient,” he added.
With this performance, Cyient continues to demonstrate operational resilience, a robust balance sheet, and strategic focus across its digital, engineering, and semiconductor businesses, supporting its long-term growth outlook.
