The Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) signed on September 5, 2025, between ACME Solar Holdings, AK Renewable Infra, and the existing shareholders of the target company has been formally terminated, effective September 13, 2025.
ACME Solar confirmed that the decision followed discussions with all stakeholders and was executed in accordance with the mutually agreed provisions of the SPA. While no specific reasons were provided for calling off the acquisition, the company emphasized that the termination was conducted on amicable terms.
