Market-View-Feature-Image

View on market: Volatility persists, eagerly searching for growth:

Global market sentiment was mostly positive at the start of the day. US futures remained slightly weak, while European futures pointed to a better opening. Asian markets traded largely mixed, supported by the strong recovery in Wall Street. US markets bounced back after recent weakness as technology stocks regained strength. Investor confidence also improved after signs of easing tensions in the Middle East and smoother movement through a key global shipping route. Buying in major technology companies lifted overall market sentiment, although some chip-related stocks remained under pressure. Indian markets ended lower as investors turned cautious after the recent rally. Weakness in global technology stocks, fresh geopolitical concerns, and worries over the monsoon weighed on sentiment. Although easing crude oil prices and lower regional tensions offered some support, most of these positives had already been reflected in stock prices. Profit booking after several weeks of gains also added pressure. Overall, investors remained watchful of global developments and domestic factors before taking fresh positions.
