The company was incorporated  on August 3, 2017 at Bengaluru, India. The firm includes Embassy Group Properties. Bangalore-based property developer and private equity firm Blackstone are the joint venture of the company. The company offers a high quality office portfolio in India to facilitates  and works like a corporate infrastructure to multinational tenants. The portfolio of the firm includes seven office parks and four city-center office buildings totaling 32.6 million square feet (msf) as of March 31, 2018 in Bengaluru, Pune, Mumbai and Noida. Renting, selling, buying and operating of leased or self owned real estate properties are the major role of the firm. It is also focusing towards contractual rent escalations, re-leasing at market rents, lease-up of vacant space and new construction within the Portfolio to accommodate tenant expansion. It achieved higher growth in its revenue from operations by 15.4% over FY2016 to FY2018.
