The NIFTY today held on to a significant support zone between 12130 and 12150. An early morning dip into this support zone was immediately bought into, and the NIFTY was up for the rest of the day. The index closed well above 12200.
It is like that a pre – budget rally has finally started in right earnest. Traders should look to buy dips, and avoid all kinds of short selling.
There will be periods of consolidation and dips next week and this should be used to hold and create long positions. If the NIFTY falls below 12100, then long position should be evaluated again.
Buy on a dip towards 12200 with a stop just below 12160.
