View on market: Stay Cautious, be with quality business:

Asian stocks and U.S. equity futures rose Tuesday as traders weighed the resilience of the global recovery to tightening monetary policy. Shares advanced in Japan, Australia and South Korea, shrugging off a reversal on Wall Street on Monday in the last hour of trading as technology stocks such as Meta Platforms Inc. struggled. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index declined as Alibaba Group Holding shares traded in the U.S. tumbled.The Singapore-traded SGX Nifty, an early indicator of India’s Nifty 50 Index’s performance, rose 0.25% to 17,257.50 as of 7:15 a.m. Elswhere, Oil’s rally took a breather. In cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin held gains and was trading around $44,000.

News Update:

Adani Wilmar: The company will make a debut on bourses today.

TVS Motor: The company has appointed Ralf Dieter Speth as the Chairman of the board.

Emami:The company has approved buyback of fully paid equity share of face value Re 1 each for aggregate amount of Rs 162 crore.

Nestle: The company will consider deceleration of final dividend on Feb. 17.

TTK Prestige: The company has invested Rs 20.01 crore in exchange of 40.9% voting rights in Ultrafresh Modular Solutions. Further investment will be made by the company in due course, to increase its stake up to 51%, as and when the funds required by Ultrafresh.
