Ans. Classic Plan is a five in one offering for investors. Along with the Demat account, the subscriber will also receive a Trading Account, Online Mutual Fund Account, National Pension System Account as well as a NIR account.
Q. How much does the Applicant pay for this plan?
Ans. The subscriber to the plan will pay a fee of INR 1200. This fee is inclusive of all taxes and charges as prescribed by the law.
Q. Is this an annual plan? Do I have to pay INR 1200 per year?
Ans. No. This is not the case. The INR 1200 paid by the client is a one-time fee that is paid for getting access to the 5 accounts. This is a fee taken to provide him with all 5 accounts taking care of his financial needs.

Q. How is the Classic Plus Plan different from the Classic Plan?
Ans. The Classic Plus Plan is a step above the Classic Plan. The Classic Plan is a basic facility that enables the subscriber to get 5 accounts via which he can manage his finances and retirement goals. The Classic Plus Plan also has the same 5 accounts, but it comes along with 3 additional research reports (under the Classic Research plan). The subscriber of the Classic Plus Plan will have all the features of the Classic Plan as well as all the reports of the Classic Research Plan.
Q. How much do I pay for the Classic Plus Plan?
Ans. The cost of the Classic Plus Plan is INR 2500. This has all the features of the Classic Plan as well as all the reports under the Classic Research Plan. The INR 2500 is for the 5 accounts and the 3 research reports.
Q. Do I have to pay INR 2500 per year for the Classic Plus Plan?
Ans. No. INR 2500 is charged for the first year and as mentioned before it is for the 5 accounts as well as the 3 research reports (in addition to the 2 reports under the classic plan, therefore total of 5). From the 2nd year onwards the Client will have to pay INR 2000 to continue subscribing to the research reports. If he does not pay the additional INR 2000 the scheme will discontinue and the client will not get the 3 additional reports.
Q. How do I make a payment for the Chosen Plans?
We accept the following modes of payment from our clients:
- Cheque: In favor of Elite Wealth Advisors Ltd.
- Authority Letter provided by client to debit sum from his/her Trading Account.
- NEFT Transfer
Account Name: Elite Wealth Advisors Limited
- Account Number:
- IFSC Code:
Q. Can I upgrade from the Classic Plan to any plan?
Ans. Yes a client under the Classic Plan can upgrade himself to any of the plans mentioned below. Under these plans he will not only get more research reports but will also get the benefit of preferential brokerage. The plans to which the client can upgrade from the Classic Plan are:
- Classic Plus Plan
- Investor Plus Plan
- Investor Pro Plan
- Wealth Management Plan
Q. What if I want to upgrade my plan during the year? How much do I have to pay?
Ans. The clients can upgrade at any time. The INR 1200 paid for the 5 accounts under the plan and is not a recurring annual fee. Therefore no pro-rata adjustments will be applicable to the Classic Plan. The pro-rata adjustments will be made only for the research plans that have been listed above. Let’s explain this through two examples:
a. In case I, a client has opened 5 accounts under the Classic Plan for which he has paid INR 1200. After 3 months he feels he should add a research plan to supplement his decision making. He has 4 options to choose from, i.e. The Classic Research Plan, Investor Plus Plan, Investor Pro Plan and the WMS Plan. For instance he chooses the 3rd option, the Investor Plan. This plan has an annual recurring fee of INR 10000 meant solely for research. So he will have to pay INR 5000 and from the date of payment his 12 months of research will commence.
b. Now let’s consider another scenario, Case II. Suppose a client has opened 5 Accounts under the Classic Plus Plan. This plan will cost him INR 2500 out of which INR 500 will be for the 5 accounts (discounted rate) and INR 2000 will be the cost of the research (annual). Now after 3 months, the client wishes to upgrade to the Investor Pro Plan, which has a cost of INR 10000. Then in this case only the Research fee already paid by him for the Classic Research Plan (3 months back) will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. This would mean that the client will have to pay an additional INR 8500 to get the Investor Pro Plan. From the date of payment the 12 months of the Investor Pro Plan will commence.
Q. Can I discontinue a Research Plan?
Ans. Each Research Plan has a validity of 1 year. These plans once subscribed to can only be upgraded and the payment for which will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis. No client can downgrade a plan. He will have to keep the plan for the minimum stipulated period of 12 months. No refund is applicable on the plans.
Q. Is Financial Planning part of any Research Plans?
Ans. No. Wealth Management and Financial Planning are two different plans. Under the WMS Plan the Research Team provides a Fundamental and Technical research on the Clients’ stock portfolio. We provide recommendations on how the clients’ reach their desired expectation from the portfolio as well as remove/ replace the non-performers that are bringing down the returns of the portfolio. In addition to this, the WMS plan also offers a complete restructure of the Clients’ Mutual Fund Portfolio. Wealth Advisors study the client’s sectoral allocation of AUM, risk of portfolio, as well as performance of the portfolio according to each scheme’s peer comparison. The WMS Plan’s driving objective is to generate the returns as expected by the client. If the client wants capital protection our research team will construct a conservative portfolio with increased exposure to high quality debt instruments. Whereas, if the client is looking for growth, then our researchers allocate his/her AUM with an aggressive bias.
On the other hand, Financial Planning is completely a different proposition. It is need and goal based analysis for the client. Certified Financial Planners work understand the Cash Flow of the Client, his/her debt situation, study his net worth (assets and liabilities) and keeping all this in mind prepare a goal driven Financial Plan. These goals are financial milestones that the client wants to reach over a stipulated period of time. Moreover, we lay down an investment plan for the client that enables him to move towards these pre-decided goals. In addition to this the Certified Financial Planners conduct Insurance as well Tax Planning for the Client. These are integral to the Financial Plan of the Client.
